ONE ON ONE PRIVATE TRAINING
30 minutes sessions - One on One with a Coach, program is specific to the individual.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING- For 3-6 people in studio, 3-15 outdoors (summer only). Group sessions are at designated times throughout the day.
PROCOACH- NUTRITIONAL COACHING FOR FAT LOSS AND HEALTH- A 1 year, online habit based nutrition coaching program that includes, short daily lessons, video presentations, habit check-ins and more.
